The New Music Ensemble traveled to Elkhart, Indiana for an appearance on WNIT’s Backstage Pass program. Mr. Conn spent a few moments with the host who conducted a short interview with the composer. The Ensemble then performed a selection from their Vocalnetics CD, “Lullaby for Madeleine” followed by “Hymn for String Quartet” from their Intense Measures CD. To close out the segment, Mr. Conn, Thomas Yang and Peter Szczpanek played the first movement of the composer’s Piano Trio. |
